One of the paintings in my office

I love this painting. It’s called Unfolding and it’s the work of my beautiful and gifted sister-in-law Lori Klassen.

Lori has a studio in the Distillery District here in Toronto full of elegant figurative works, as well as juicy florals like this one.

She’s also a professional paint colour consultant, a decorative artist, a recurring guest on Candice Olson’s Candice Tells All and a former opera singer. The woman has talents.
